How Parts Are Priced
Heads, shafts, grips and ferrules are billed at our cost plus a flat fifteen percent handling charge. You see the supplier invoice line by line. We do not mark parts to a retail figure and then advertise a low fitting fee to make it back, which is a common enough arrangement that it is worth stating plainly that we do not do it.
Where a pulled or reclaimed component from our own bin fits your spec, it is offered first and it is always cheaper than new.
The Boring but Important Part
Deposits and Cancellations
Ordered components require a fifty percent deposit, because custom parts cannot be returned once they are cut. Sessions can be moved free of charge with a day's notice; no-shows are billed at half the session rate.
What Happens if a Build Misses
If a finished club does not land within two cycles per minute of its target, it goes back on the bench at our cost before you ever see it. If something is wrong once you have played it, bring it back — the first adjustment is free and stays free for as long as you own the club.
